Demonstrate a command of procedural principles and those related to due process and dispute resolution.
Determine the procedural requirements applicable to each individual case.
Evaluate the components of the procedural system to ensure the proper administration of justice.
Explain the structure of the different judicial proceedings across the various areas in which procedural law applies.
Provide legal counsel on the resolution of legal disputes through the appropriate procedural mechanisms. Provide representation in socio-legal matters in accordance with established ethical, legal, and procedural principles.

Resolve socio-legal problems from a procedural law perspective in the areas of legal counsel, legal representation, and the administration of justice.
Develop the theoretical foundations of community-based research and development projects, drawing on the principal epistemological approaches to Procedural Law, to address socio-legal problems in national and international contexts.
Provide legal counsel and representation in judicial proceedings in accordance with procedural principles, professional ethics, and socially responsible professional practice.
Fulfill the corresponding role within the procedural system in accordance with the deontological principles of the legal profession.
