Design internal compliance management systems for public and private organizations, using international standards and applicable regulations as a framework and establishing policies, procedures, and controls aimed at preventing noncompliance and corruption risks. These systems will strengthen a culture of integrity, reduce legal exposure, and improve institutional governance while demonstrating integrity, responsibility, transparency, ethical commitment, and respect for the legal framework.
Evaluate due diligence processes and corruption risks in commercial relationships and corporate operations by identifying, preventing, and mitigating risks involving corruption, fraud, and conflicts of interest. This protects operational integrity and minimizes legal, financial, and reputational exposure while demonstrating objectivity, prudence, confidentiality, professional honesty, and adherence to business ethics principles.
Lead internal organizational investigations as a specialized competency in regulatory compliance and institutional integrity, from the initial detection of potential irregularities through the conclusion of the process. Apply established protocols rigorously to determine accountability and impose sanctions for regulatory violations and corruption-related conduct, thereby ensuring due process, accountability, and organizational trust while acting with impartiality, fairness, professional ethics, respect for rights, and responsible leadership.
Implement compliance systems in public and private organizations using management indicators and effectiveness metrics. Apply validated methodologies to assess the performance of implemented controls, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions, thereby continuously improving internal control systems and strengthening risk prevention while demonstrating technical rigor, objectivity, professional responsibility, transparency, and a commitment to institutional improvement.
