Develop strategic litigation approaches for pursuing jurisdictional guarantees before national and international justice systems, applying constitutional and conventional human rights protection standards with technical rigor, ethical commitment, and a focus on human dignity and social justice.
Develop comprehensive plans for legal, material, symbolic, and psychosocial reparation for victims of serious human rights violations and violations of international humanitarian law, in accordance with international standards on reparation and transitional justice, while promoting equity and guarantees of non-recurrence.
Apply advanced case-law standards concerning conventionality review and judicial dialogue between national and international courts, promoting consistency between the justice system and international commitments to human rights and the protection of victims.
Provide technical leadership to State institutions and civil society organizations in formulating, implementing, and evaluating public policies, legal reforms, and comprehensive reparation mechanisms while promoting transitional justice, interinstitutional cooperation, and guarantees of non-recurrence.
